Bowie Golf Club The Bowie Golf Club is an 18-hole course in Bowie, Maryland featuring mature tree-lined fairways.

The Club House is a masonry farmhouse built in 1724 with additions attached, housing a full-service pro shop and the 19th hole Bar & Grille.

1st session we focus on putting and chipping fundamentals

2nd session we go out on the course and focus on 50 yards and in

3rd session we are on the course again and focus on full swings from 100-150 yards

4th session we play a scramble focusing on course management

Next group classes start next week Monday the 14th and Wednesday the 16th!

On-Course Group Classes are back at Bowie Golf Club ⛳️

These sessions have been a hit, and it’s easy to see why.

This isn’t just standing on the range the whole time — for 3 of the 4 sessions, we’ll be out on the golf course, learning how to actually play the game in real situations.

We’ll have Beginner and Intermediate groups, so you can choose the right fit and improve your game in a fun, supportive setting.

Hole 8 is the shortest par 3 on the course but still provides a good challenge. The false front and very steep green requires a really solid iron shot to hit the green.

Our grounds crew has the course in great shape—the greens are rolling very well even with all the storms we’ve been getting, fairways and rough are healthy, and the layout offers a good test for players of all skill levels. ⛳️

If you’re searching for very good conditions without the high price tag, Bowie Golf Club delivers the best value in the area. Whether you’re sneaking in a quick 9 or playing a weekend 18, we’ve got you covered. 🏌️‍♂️

Stop 3-putting by fixing the single biggest flaw in your stroke: tempo inconsistency. 📉👇

Most amateurs mess up their speed control because they take the exact same length backswing for every putt.

To hit a long putt, they jab at it fast; for a short putt, they slow down and decelerate.

Changing your tempo from stroke to stroke makes distance control almost impossible to dial in. ❌
