Week of September 7 class schedule:

‼️please book classes through the app, especially 5:30am classes, these tend to fill up quickly (if you have to cancel a FULL booked class, you must do so at least 3️⃣ hours before class time or you will be charged a fee)
‼️double check whether you are booking AM or PM
‼️classes are included in your membership
‼️non-members can pay $5 for a day pass

Today is the last day to sign up to receive your t-shirt the day of the challenge. Anyone signing up after today will get your shirt a little later.
This challenge is FREE.

GOD'S GYM'S 9/11 STAIRMASTER CHALLENGE! Sign up for a time slot Sept 8-11 to complete 110 floors on our Stairmaster. Anyone finishing in 30 minutes or less will receive a free commemorative God's Gym 9/11 Stairmaster Challenge t-shirt. Those who finish within one hour will have the option to purchase a t-shirt to proudly wear to show your participation in this special event. Come by to sign up today (and jump on the Stairmaster to start practicing!)
