The next stop for Wild Wooly’s Racing is the NORRA 500 in October, followed by the SCORE Baja 1000 in November! 🏁

Then, in January 2027, we’re hoping to have Cole back in the driver’s seat for the Parker 400!

It’s been an incredible year of opportunities and learning for Cole, and we can’t wait to see what’s next. 💪🏁

to Reno 🏁

Vegas to Reno didn’t end the way we hoped. The car went into limp mode, and eventually broke down.

But there’s a lot of positive to take away from this weekend. Cole had an incredible opportunity to ride along side and navigate for PJ Jones and the PJ’s Performance team, and he said he learned so much from the experience.

Getting to learn from racers with deep roots and decades of experience in Baja, and off-road racing is an opportunity we’re incredibly grateful for.

And the best news… Cole has been invited back to co-pilot/navigate with PJ at the next race! 🏁🔥

Sometimes the biggest wins aren’t on the results sheet. On to the next one!

🏁 VEGAS TO RENO UPDATE — CAR 🏁

We’ve hit a little trouble out on the course. Car is experiencing electrical issues and has gone into limp mode, slowing the team down significantly.

The crew is hoping to get it into the next pit stop and figure out exactly what’s going on, make the necessary repairs, and get the car back up to race pace.

It’s a long race, and we’re not giving up! 💪🏁

This weekend, Cole steps into one of the biggest challenges of his racing journey yet — co-driving/navigating the legendary Reno to Las Vegas race, a brutal and high-speed 500-mile test of endurance, precision, and grit.

 Today(Wednesday 8/11/26)they will be qualifying. Click on the live stream to watch. 

The green flag drops Friday, and Cole will be strapped in with the PJ’s Performance team as co-driver/navigator, responsible for guiding the team through one of the most demanding off-road courses in the sport. This isn’t just a seat in the car — it’s a critical role in a race where every second, every call, and every decision matters.

Being invited to join a team of this caliber is a rare and hard-earned opportunity, and we are beyond proud of Cole for stepping into it. It’s a chance to compete shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the best in the industry and to gain experience that only a race of this magnitude can offer.
