Idaho Whitetail Guides is located in northern Idaho, the north section of the Rocky Mountains known as Nez Perce, Clearwater, and Idaho Panhandle National Forest areas. Since being born and raised in the area in which we guide, we can insure that we know the area well and we know the movement of the animals and their habits. All TAGS are GUARANTEED when you book with Idaho Whitetail Guides. Our hunts include both Rifle and/or Archery in Elk, Whitetail, Mule Deer, and Black Bear. Bobcat hunts are also an add-on hunt. We scout and shed hunt year round to ensure that you are hunting the best areas. The method of hunting chosen will give you the best chance of filling your tags. The owner/guide took his first cougar at 12 yrs old. He is well adapted to this terrain and knowledge of the animal habits. We return "home" nightly to the comforts of your own cabin with clean beds, hot showers, great food, lively conversation, and a good night's rest that will get us prepared for the next day. Another nice boar and a happy hunter. You’ll love hunting behind the dogs. It beats sitting on a bait, fiddling your thumbs, staring at donuts, and never seeing any country. Hunting with hounds lets you cover ground, explore beautiful Northern Idaho scenery, and experience an action-packed hunt the way it was meant to be.
