Team Fuzion’s goal is to create upstanding men through baseball competition. They are learning game fundamentals, situations, and strategies while playing a game that they love. The successes and failures they endure on the field will help mold their character for life’s future demands. Continuous dedication to their team and teammates will help them strive towards future aspirations. The ultimate
goal is to prepare them for life and while doing so hopefully creating college opportunities academically and athletically. Team owner Patrick Arlis played professionally for 12 years reaching AAA. He played collegiately at the University of Illinois earning his degree is Sports Management, and then his Masters of Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. He has played along with many great players and for many great coaches and managers. He is brining 12 years of professional playing experience and 5 years of coaching experience to his team and the baseball tournaments he runs. He has given thousands of lessons, and hundreds of camps and clinics during his baseball tenure. Living in Bourbonnais he is dedicated to making baseball better in the area and offering a quality baseball experience through his tournaments for players, parents, and fans. He also teaches physical education at Bourbonnais Upper Grade Center, while coaching Varsity Baseball and 6th Grade Basketball. His 2016 BUGC Tigers finished 4th in state for IESA. Youth education and athletics is his life and passion, making every student and player better one day at a time through education and athletics.
