Bountiful School of Ballet

Bountiful School of Ballet Founded in September 1972, by Catherine Ostroski and Sandra Swensen, both who hold a BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah.

The Bountiful School of Ballet is committed to offering professional Classical Ballet training at an affordable price. We do not have the fanciest facility, but have proper, professional Marley flooring (with a sprung floor), and high quality, trained, and experienced teachers with small classes. The directors and distinguished faculty have developed a structured syllabus that incorporates primari

ly Vagonava and Checceti styles of ballet - which is the prominent style of ballet along the Wasatch Front. The school takes great pride in their Original Story Ballet each May that is FREE for anyone to attend.

“Why sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” It doesn’t seem possible that it’s already been over a week since the Bountiful School of Ballet’s Alice in Wonderland performance. It was like a dream watching these young dancers own the stage and bring the magic of wonderland to the hundreds of people in attendance. captured the wonder with these Act I photos and we cannot wait to share Act II.

Don’t be late for this very important date! 🕰️

The annual Bountiful School of Ballet performance this year is one of our absolute favorites Alice in Wonderland. Join us as we travel down the rabbit hole into a world on wonder and twists and turns.

There are two opportunities to view this twists on this classic tale. Join us at Woodscross High School Thursday May 28 at either 5 or 7pm and celebrate the dancers in your community.
