Training on plan. Lunch off plan.
If you meal prep on Sunday and eat drive-thru on Wednesday, this is for you.

The fix isn't willpower. It's where the food rides.

The 45L Meal Prep Backpack has an insulated compartment —
about 10.75" × 9.75" × 5" — for your containers,
kept apart from shoes and training gear.

Same 45L. Same 17" laptop sleeve. Same 20kg / 44lb load test.

"This bag fits everything I need for a day of training and more!"
— Amanda Brown, Verified Athlete

It's the drive, the shower, the work day after.

What does the carrying:
→ 45L, 20" × 12" × 12"
→ Load-tested to 20kg / 44lb
→ Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects

The Loadout adds the one thing the bag doesn't have: a sealed shower kit.

If it has to get you to your desk, keep reading.

2 — Compartment one: work clothes. They stay dry.
3 — Compartment two: shoes, belt, used kit.
4 — Laptop sleeve: fits 17". Flat against your back.

Rack → shower → desk. No repacking. No grocery bag.
