12 years ago I started traveling to teach workshops, and I wouldn’t have done it if I hadn’t gotten a message from Stevi (Steph) Góngora inviting me to Austin, and the amazing people at Black Swan Yoga Austin offering to host me for some workshops.

12 years later… I’m still doing it! I’ll be back at Black Swan Yoga Austin December 12-13 for a Level One Inversions & Arm Balances workshop on Saturday and a Level 2-3 workshop on Sunday. 

Thank you Stevi for helping me get started on this adventure and shoutout to the entire BSY team for hosting me in 2014, multiple times since then, and again in 2026!

He makes a point to sit down (malasana, of course!) and get eye to eye with each participant that shows up before the workshop starts and ask them questions. He stays well after the official workshop time passes. As long as you want to play, he is here.”
