The work showed up in the numbers.

95% of our athletes finished the summer with at least one all-time personal best. Across the group, we also saw improvements in athleticism, conditioning, top-end speed, max strength, and vertical jump!

Earlier today a group of athletes took on the Murph challenge. Coach Aaron and Coach Ryan are also back from Honduras and are really excited to see all the athletes again. Summer programming kicks off tomorrow. Lets make this summer count.
