Who's getting excited for the NY Men's Fitness Ultimate Athlete Games this Saturday!?
We've dialed in the course and the first obstacles are as follows:
Strength Course: Forward Bear Crawl on Metal Structure
Agility Course: Backwards Balance Beam
Speed Course: Side to Side jump.
Racers will be released on each course once the competitor in front of them clears the obstacles above. We do not anticipate any lines at this event!
