In our sport, your shoulders, hips, and knees take an absolute beating. Between holding a heavy guard, pivoting for roundhouses, and absorbing impact, our joints handle a ton of stress. If you want to stay on the mats long-term, you have to take care of them.

That is exactly why we brought in Greg Davenport from Colorado Pain Therapist as a special guest for our Protect the Pack fundraiser!

Greg led the crew through a group movement assessment and dialed in some next-level bodywork specifically targeted at the common problem areas combat athletes face. We also got to experience his Thai massage firsthand and it is a complete game-changer for unlocking tight hips, opening up compressed shoulders and pecs.

Recovery isn’t a luxury; it’s a requirement if you want to perform at your best. We are so excited to work with Greg in the future to keep our athletes moving right, recovering faster, and staying injury-free.

5 years of ownership, a major rebrand to OMNI, new mats, fresh paint, upgraded bags, a completely evolved curriculum, and seminars with legends.

Martial arts is often viewed as an individual journey. You step onto the mats alone, and you step into the ring alone. But anyone who has ever truly tested themselves knows that’s an illusion.

This moment captured right here after the recent competition is the real foundation of everything we do.

This circle represents a standard that doesn’t just stay inside our walls. It’s a culture we carry with us everywhere:

1️⃣ On the mats, where we push each other through grueling rounds, test our limits, and keep each other safe.

2️⃣ At competitions or events, where we show up in masses to scream our lungs out from the sidelines, celebrate the victories, and lift each other up through the battles.

3️⃣ Out in the world, where every single one of us acts as an ambassador for these values, carrying ourselves with the same respect, discipline, and integrity we practice every day.

Without this culture, the physical techniques are just movements. Without this community, the wins are empty and the losses are isolating. The strength of our academy comes from the trust, respect, and unconditional support.

Thank you to everyone who shows up, stands with us, and continues to live these values on and off the mats. We don’t just train together; we grow together. 🙌🏼

🥊 PROTECT THE PACK: Lifesaver Fundraiser & 5-Year Celebration! 🥊
Looking out for one another on the mats is our absolute number one priority. To keep our community as safe as possible, we recently made a major investment to fully upgrade our gym safety gear, including a brand-new, life-saving AED unit! On top of that, all of our coaches are officially CPR and AED certified! 🎉

Because this critical upgrade was a significant expense for the academy, we are throwing a massive fundraising event to help cover the cost of this equipment and we realized we have the perfect reason to rally the pack: We are officially celebrating our 5th Anniversary of owning the gym! 🎂

We are clearing the regular evening schedule on Thursday, June 4th and turning the gym into a high-energy, interactive celebration for an incredible cause.

⏰ Doors Open: 5:45 PM | Event runs 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🚨 Entry: By Donation at the door (Cash box or Venmo )
⚡ The Lineup: A 4-coach tag-team workout, live tracks from DJ Lorocura, a mobility workshop with Greg from Colorado Pain Therapist, complimentary drinks, and a massive Silent Auction!

It was a great week of promotions. Congrats all! 💪🏼

We celebrated promotions across three different programs, and while the techniques look different, the formula for getting to that next level is exactly the same.

It’s not just about showing up when you feel like it. It’s about:

The Mindset: Deciding you want more for yourself and refusing to quit when the rounds get heavy.

The Discipline: Doing the boring, exhausting, repetitive work behind closed doors so you can shine when it counts.

The Community: Having a pack next to you that pushes you, holds you accountable, and celebrates your victories like their own.

You don’t just get handed a promotion here; you earn it. Huge congratulations to everyone who leveled up this week. You proved exactly what happens when vision meets relentless work ethic.

You displayed great Muay Thai, sportsmanship and respect for the event. We walked away with some nice bling too. 🥇

Thank you coaches, students, friends and families that came out today to support the team. That is the greatest gift of the day.

There’s a lot more happening here than just breaking a board.

Moments like this are built through consistency, focus, and the willingness to step up when it counts. Graelyn from our Lil Dragon’s program (ages 5-8), didn’t just learn strikes and self defense, she learned how to stay composed, listen, and work through something that once felt difficult. That’s where real confidence comes from. 🌟

Martial arts gives kids structure, accountability, and a standard to rise to. They learn respect, how to handle challenges, and how to carry themselves with confidence both on and off the mat.

Congrats Graelyn on earning your new belt. 🎉
