Vanish Carbon 3’s OUT NOW!

As I’ve been getting healthier and finding my way back into training, I’ve felt more and more excited about racing again, and doing it the VC3’s is fueling that fire.

The Vanish Carbon 3 feels incredibly light, but what I’m obsessed with is the quick transition from midfoot to toe-off, the rocker is insane, and how I can still feel my foot move naturally through my stride instead of feeling locked into the shoe.

With the split-toe carbon plate you get that feeling of stiffness and propulsion BUT your toes and forefoot can still to do their thing like they’re suppose to.

Overjoyed to be out there with you soon in the VC3’s, everything I’d want on race day.

Thank you to everyone who was excited to see my name on the start list again. I deeply appreciate all of the messages of encouragement.

When I signed up 6 weeks ago I was still learning what recovery from Complex Lyne Disease was, I didn’t understand the path I was about to pursue, and I was hopeful I’d continue on an upward trend.

It’s been a 2 steps forward, 15,0000 steps backwards process. And right now honestly I’m in the hole. I won’t be racing tomorrow but I’m grateful that gave me the opportunity to race and for the for bringing me in to their beautiful community.
