ELEPHANT WALK - JOE AT JACOB’S PILLOW! Yes we have some hyperextended knees’, some pelvises are backward with weight over the heels. We have to start somewhere and have fun! Can you see how Washer Woman/Hamstring 1 and Mat Roll Up might be difficult due to these strategies present?
