Hello friends! Did you know: when I'm not coaching gymnastics, I am working for PridePads Africa, an amazing non-profit organization!

This holiday season, please consider making an end of year contribution to PridePads Africa. Being closely involved with PridePads is important to me as young women and girls are the future of Africa, and their education allows them to move forward in their communities and reduces risks they encounter such as child marriage and adolescent pregnancy. Having a soon-to-be stepdaughter and seeing the contrast in barriers to education in Africa compared to the US has motivated me greatly to make a difference in this area!

Menstruation is normal, healthy, and should never be a barrier to education. Biodegradable pads offer an environmentally conscious and culturally sensitive solution to manage menstruation. To learn more about how PridePads is making a difference, check out the video interview below!
