Our member Ben Marbach and his fiancée have been fostering an adorable litter of puppies that will be ready for adoption in about a week and a half!

All puppies will be:
✅ Spayed/Neutered
✅ Up to date on vaccinations
✅ Ready for their forever homes

🌊☀️ FIELD DAY & CREEK PLUNGE IS THIS SATURDAY! ☀️🌊

Trade the gym walls for sunshine, fresh air, and a morning of fitness and fun at Eben G. Fine Park!

We’ll tackle a partner workout featuring running, field fitness stations, and plenty of opportunities to cheer each other on. Then, cool off with a creek plunge after the workout (optional… but highly encouraged 😎).

Our MAY Member of the Month Dave Hartzell!!!!

For 8 years, Dave has shown up with a cup of coffee in one hand, ready to back squat, deadlift, or bench. His consistency, kindness, and willingness to jump in and help others never go unnoticed. He always brings a great attitude and has been a steady part of what makes the Sanitas community such a special place!
