Alemanni 10mm Euro shaft being machined on our CNC. A rush order for local customer. 13/32" diameter x 17-4ph stainless steel is centerless ground to provide exact 10.00mm size then machined, welded, deburred, threaded, straightened & heat treated + inspected before being shipped. Note the quantity of passes needed to reduce the .400" stock down to .200" to fit a euro trigger. Roughing cutter followed by finishing cutter to achieve perfect dimensions and surface finish. Inspected for fit in process. Machined on a Haas Automation, Inc. machine.
