ds, enjoying good food, the occasional drink and conversation. I have never been overweight and not one to get ill often but not since my early 20's could I say I was fit and healthy. That all changed about 4 years ago when I took up running (first time since high school) and then joined my local gym. I got hooked on both and I feel great and can now say I am fit and healthy. There are so many people out there who are just like I was... Busy at work, with, not particularly bad (but not particularly good) eating habits, like a drink or three and lacking any regular exercise as part of their daily routine. My aim is to reduce those numbers and get fewer reminders of who I was....
I have so enjoyed the past 3 years (the PT classes, the group classes and the challenges). So much so, I was inspired to get qualified and bring this enjoyment to others. My goal is to share this passion for health and fitness with so many others, advise and guide those that are struggling with their weight, self confidence & self esteem, make exercise fun and witness life transformations. Personal sessions, group classes, specialised training plans, meal and nutrition advice are just some of what are on offer.
