🤍 Daily movement
You do not need extreme workouts during pregnancy to feel good. Start with walks, stretching, and simply moving your body more consistently.
This pregnancy I’ve been lifting 4-5x a week and aiming for 8-10k steps a day because it genuinely makes me feel better mentally and physically. Staying active has helped me feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to my body through all the changes. 🤍
🤍 Deep core work + breathing
This has completely changed the way I train this pregnancy. Focusing on breathing, slowing down movements, and core connection has helped so much with posture, stability, and overall feeling supported as my bump grows. 🤍
🤍 Sunlight + fresh air
Sounds simple… because it is 😅 But getting outside daily has helped my mood SO much this pregnancy. Walks, fresh air, sunlight, and just slowing down for a little have helped me feel more grounded and like myself on the harder days. 🤍..
