Some of my Go-To health practices to promote lymphatic drainage, immune support, and an overall sense of nurturing myself. In a climate of high stress, it’s more important than ever to slow down, and take notice of your health inside and out. Use the time ‘off’ to practice daily rituals that make you feel GOOD. There isn’t a lot we can control right now, but you always can choose to show up differently for yourself.

In light of our current situation with COVID-19
I feel it necessary to take action and do my part to decrease the spread of this virus. •

Studios, and gyms are high risk facilities, and I want to protect the health of my clients and families in our community. We will be temporarily closing our doors as we try to flatten the curve and keep everyone safe. •

I’m committed to your health especially in a time of high stress. Tomorrow marks the beginning of our online access! I will be posting workout flows that you can do anywhere. When you’re feeling panicked, or anxious, know that you can always choose to take action. Let that action be your health. Movement is the most natural anti-depressant, not to mention, despite social distancing at the moment, Summer is still coming in HAWT😉 ☀️.

Being recognized for this award, Women In Business, by the is an honor. I wasn’t going to share, because I don’t find boasting an attractive quality in people, but reflecting on it, this award doesn’t represent a pat on the back to me. This recognition represents perseverance. Being a small business owner is hard, becoming pregnant before I hit year one, and having to step away for months while keeping the business going, and now being a first time parent and showing up everyday for my clients and for my family is what perseverance is all about. For all women, mothers, small business owners, we meet challenges everyday, and as long as we keep pushing through the fear, through the sleepless nights, and keep grounded to what matters most, we can shape our lives into anything we want it to be. This award inspires me to continue the work that is so close to my heart, championing women to lead healthier more thoughtful lives.
