In addition to teaching Power and Vinyasa Yoga I have completed specialized training including: Prenatal, Kids, Restful Yoga: Yin and Restorative. On this page I will post my regular schedule, sub schedule and events. I will also share my favorite Gluten Free recipes, yoga related information, and my love for doTerra essential oils.
