Beantown Rugby Football Club Beantown Rugby is a competitive, nationally-ranked women's rugby team based in Boston. All players welcome at any time regardless of experience level. Join us!

Check us out at www.beantownrugby.com and http://twitter.com/BeantownRFC Beantown Rugby is open to all players regardless of experience level - everyone who comes to practice will get the opportunity to play. We field sides in both the Women's Premier League (WPL) and NERFU's Division II, so the level of competition is appropriate for new players, college graduates, and seasoned vets alike. We play 15s in the spring and fall, and 7s in the summer. Established in 1976, Beantown Rugby has won 6 National titles and continues to be one of the top women's rugby teams in the country. Both our WPL and DII sides are currently ranked 3rd in the US.

Rookie spotlight: Morgan played 7s with Beantown this summer and looks forward to making her XVs debut this fall 🏉

Keep your eyes open for the throwback clip: a beautiful kick, chase and crushing tackle from 1986 Nationals, which Beantown won 8-4 over Florida State. That was the third of six D1 National Championship titles Beantown went on to claim over the past 50 years. ❤️💙

Beantown capped off a successful 7s season by winning the Bowl at Worcester 7s last weekend, going 4-1 on the day – our only loss a close 14-17 decision in pool play to eventual Cup champions, Worcester Shamrocks. So proud of our crew for all their work over the last 8 weeks – everyone put in the work, supported one another, and did our colors proud! ❤️💙
We look forward to carrying all the great energy, enthusiasm, and growth from this summer into the fall season. First XVs practice will be August 20th. All players welcome – DM us if you’re interested in joining!
