Beantown Rugby is proud to welcome Josie Ziluca as our XVs Head Coach for Fall 2026! 🎉

Coach Ziluca brings a wealth of experience coaching in collegiate, professional, and high-performance settings, as well as guiding and developing coaching staff. An accomplished player in XVs, 7s, and Touch with expertise in strength and conditioning, she brings a deep understanding of the game from every angle.

What makes her the perfect fit for Beantown? Her commitment to whole-person player development, building community and resilience, and sharing the true spirit of rugby will be instrumental in leading Beantown through its next chapter – and we can't wait to see where she takes us!

Beantown Rugby is THRILLED to welcome Ali Gennaro as our 7s Head Coach for Summer 2026! 🙌

Ali comes to us with a rich background in coaching and program development, having worked with athletes from all levels of the game. As a player, she competed with clubs across New England, Berkeley All Blues, New Orleans Half Moons, and the University of Exeter — and now she’s bringing all her experience and passion to Beantown. 💪

What makes Ali a great fit is that her values are Beantown's values: resilience, competitiveness, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to empowering women+ on and off the field. We can’t wait to see what’s to come!
