Like many of us do this time of year, we’ve taken the time to reflect on the past and think about focusing on doing what rings true to us as a business. Last year we were thrilled to host mat classes in our studio and at fun spaces like Little Words Project and Parkside Bookshop. The core of our business is working with private clients, maintaining relationships in-person and prioritizing being able to empathize and show up 100% for them. When there is time left after teaching, we do our own scheduling, billing, and event planning. Then with any bandwidth that remains, we jump on social media and put emails together, which can certainly feel overwhelming after a full day of teaching.
We are not an online business, so you may see us less frequently on this tiny screen, but when you do, we ask that you like and share our posts, and most importantly, share about us with your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and book club members. We will continue to share about upcoming offerings, events, and Pilates instructor education like courses and workshops. Out of respect for our clients, you may notice less sharing content of private sessions, because those are truly sacred and ultimately difficult to convey through a post or a reel how special those sessions are.
