I am tired of watching brilliant women burn out.
I am tired of watching brilliant women play small, stay quiet, undercharge, over-deliver, and white-knuckle their way through years of building something extraordinary while privately wondering why it feels this hard. I have sat across from too many of them.
Women with more capability in one conversation than most people carry in a lifetime, running themselves into the ground and calling it discipline.
And here is what I know with absolute certainty: there is nothing wrong with you.
The exhaustion is not a character flaw. The plateau is not a capability problem. The fact that you have achieved everything you said you wanted and still feel like you're one bad quarter away from collapse, that is not a personal failing. That is an architecture problem.
You were handed a model built for someone else and told to run it harder. Push more, produce more, prove more. And you did, because you are the kind of woman who figures things out, and that model delivered results, right up until it started costing you things you cannot get back.
Your nervous system. Your joy. The version of yourself you were before success became something you had to maintain.
The game you have been playing was never designed to let you win the way you actually want to win. Wealth without exhaustion. Scale without sacrifice. A business that grows because of who you are, and a life that actually belongs to you.
That is a different game entirely. It runs on different rules, a different architecture, a different identity at the center of it. And when you build it that way, everything shifts. Not because you finally worked hard enough, but because you finally stopped playing the wrong game.
This is the work I do. And if something in this landed for you, I want you in the room with me on Thursday, June 11th. Link in bio.
