Try Watermelon Salsa! 🍉
Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped into small pieces
½ cup peeled and finely chopped cucumber
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
honey
pinch of salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the solid ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, and salt to taste.
Pour the lime juice mixture over fruit and serve with tortilla chips.
