Britney fostered her strong connection for movement through dance at a young age, and that connection quickly grew into a passion. Britney has taught movement throughout the Metrowest area and Boston for over eight years and has had the pleasure of training in spaces like Down Under School of Yoga, Equinox, Life Time Fitness and many more. Britney fuses her years of knowledge to deliver a powerful
and thoughtful class each time she steps onto the mat. Her classes are designed and focus on celebrating your body's strengths through mindful, intentional movement. Britney also understands how being new to a movement practice can be intimidating, so she loves meeting new faces and aims to empower confidence in each one of her students. The ability to walk with each student, at any level on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to the mic. Through teaching and practice of her own, Britney has found joy in movement that aims to nurture and strengthen the body, both mentally and physically. She loves being able to hold space for you, to find that joy too. She hopes that you leave her class with a newfound confidence about what your body is capable of doing.
