Yes I am still obsessed with Spark! No other drink will give me energy with daily vitamines & mental focus needed for my day! Trust me when I say It’s helped me become mental focus when I needed the most!

These past 3 wks were mentally challenging! Physically draining! It’s hard having a parent with so many health complications & on top of that being her only kid! Not having a mutual sibling to help ease the stress!

Thank god for my amazing husband who’s been my rock throughout this rough time! To my friends who constantly checked up on us & distracted me, I love you girls!

Thankfully mom is back home & recovering!!!

Now I need to do a 10 day or 24 day jumpstart because stress eating & under-eating were legit my bff at the time! lol

It’s throwback Thursday and I haven’t done one of these in a while! So here is a little transformation of myself in my 20s vs my 30s!!! One thing about me is I am beyond proud of myself!!!

For the newbies here: I start my fitness journey in 2012. Of course I had no idea what I was doing; there weren’t any coaches or online programs like we have now! I had to learn how to become healthier with trial & errors. Read so much; research so many diets! I tried weight watchers lost some pounds but that was not for me! So I continue to research & educate myself! Fast forward to now! I am able to live a balanced lifestyle or jump into gear & live a competitors lifestyle!! Ive earn my nickname as the transformer because I can transform my body and mindset depending on what my goal is!

Health & wellness has become my saving grace! I’ve meet so many amazing people along the line!!

Also changing what you put in your body and how you supplement yourself will help you age backwards!!!

PSA: This has been a natural weight loss transformation! I have not undergone any weight loss surgery! Only breast augmentation! I know I don’t need to disclose this information but it’s more for the nonbelievers!

I support weight loss surgeries if needed because the end goal is to be healthy & live longer! But like I said when I started my journey there wasn’t enough research on anything weight loss related!
