Who turned up the heat? 🥵
With a heat wave sweeping New England today and tomorrow, it’s critical not to train intensity on these hot days without proper heat adaptation first. For most of our athletes, Z2 is sufficient and will allow for gradual heat adaptation.

Spring has been moody in New England 🌧️🥶

As tempting as it can be to go bare-legged at the first hint of sunshine, keep your knees covered until it’s over 65° F.

Congrats to Cycle-Smart athlete Katherine Sarkisov for a remarkable performance at Redlands Bicycle Classic where she earned the Best Young Rider jersey and two stage podiums.

Katherine's coach, Stephen Hyde, said "Katia's rides at Redlands would hardly be a surprise to anyone in her circle. That was a tough field and she is just starting to find her place among the best in it."

We're looking forward to seeing what else this young rider accomplishes this season!
