The ability to find the exercise that triggers the change. The exercise that pushes you closer to your goal. If there was just one exercise that was the catalyst or if we as humans were all built the same or even if we all had the same goal this would be quick and simple.

It's not!

Assessments and reviews. Modifications and programming. These are tools. These are steps in a process. These are parts of this job I enjoy.

Beginner, intermediate or advanced. What's your fitness level?

Here is the thing most people don't know. Most people spend a considerable amount of time lifting the wrong weights, pushing the wrong load. Watching the next person do an exercise incorrectly and thinking that's how it's done. Can we all walk into a gym and lift a weight? Sure. But how do you know we're progressing?

It's time to take the guessing part out of this equation. It's time to get serious about what you want to achieve. It's time.

I done wrassssled with an alligator...
I believe in staying ready so I don't have to get ready.
I'm about 90% back to health. Feeling stronger! It feels good to be pushed.
When your trainer pushes you in the right direction the work speaks for itself.

Being afraid of failure'

Often, the biggest fight is being afraid to fail. Failure will shut you down. Have you walking away from the thing you need to most.
....
Just the thought of failing at something can blind you from success, the task at hand and often make a simple thing seem complicated.

Looking for something extra. Looking to get more out of your chest exercise?
"Decline Pushups"..........
Great for Pectorals, Triceps, Anterior Delts
And Serratus Anterior.

* Make sure you squeeze and hold your core throughout the movement.

*Elbows to your side when declining and not flaired out.

* Do not forget to breathe.

* If you have difficulties completing the set in a high plank position, you can decrease the incline (lower your feet).

* Remember why it's called a pushup. Push yourself back up(hard push).
