This training program is brought to you by Austin Malleolo and Spencer Hendel. We are both 5-Time CrossFit Games Athletes, gym owners, and best friends. Together, we have created a unique program based around "you". For example, everyone needs metabolic conditioning, however each athlete should be targeting their respective weaknesses. By targeting these weaknesses, and making sure you are scaled properly, athletes can increase their fitness and become a more well rounded competitor or everyday CrossFitter! HAM Power Hour
* Designed to fit your busy, on the go lifestyle which also includes fitness! This program will be a daily "power hour" of warm up, workout, accessory work and cool down, all in the confines of 1 hour! The platform will be designed to allow you to workout with minimal equipment, such as hotel or home gym set ups! The goal of this program is to get it in, and get on with your life wherever you are and whatever your fitness level is! HAM Masters:
* Designed to meet the needs of our Master athletes. This track offers less overall volume, to ensure proper recovery and injury prevention paired with higher skill development to continue to increase neurological adaptation without beating up the body! Custom HAM
* HAM Plan + Daily Personal scaling and targeting of the workouts - via email from the athlete to coach.
