Saying YES! to alllll the things that light me the f*** up! Because you know what? In life you’re either saying yes to the things that that you want or the things you don’t want.

So go ahead, buy yourself the pretty flowers already 💐

✨Self confidence is CREATED by keeping promises to yourself. ✨

I learned this one first hand.

Whether it’s wellness, parenting or work, if you can’t keep a promise that you make to yourself it’s like saying
✨I’m not worthy
✨My needs, desires, or goals aren’t important
✨I don’t deserve to be/ feel/ do…

Sure, some people are naturally self confident. Think about that super-confident woman in your life & how they move through life and it’s easy to see, when you really pay attention, that she likely keep her promises - to herself!

If you fall back on ‘I’m just not confident at/to do/ to be…’ swap in one of the above phrases. Feels 💯 different, right.?! Now, go do that thing & keep that promise to you! You deserve it. You’ve got this! 💪🏻

I’ve been digging into Human Design thanks to the fabulous .of.spiritual and a big theme that keeps coming up is JOY.

‘Time flies when you’re having fun’ is more than just a old adage: it’s true!

When I’m having fun I’m not focused on my to-do list or my problems... I’m in the FLOW and time is immaterial. It keeps me engaged and helps me accomplish more. It recharges my battery and helps me tap into gratitude. Not every task is going to lead you to joy, but if you’re a generator type, it’s a great way to reset: by having FUN & tapping into JOY!

Have you experienced the same? I bet you have and maybe even questioned the connection between joy/ fun and that feeling of being re-energized. ⚡️ Maybe it was when you were hiking; dancing to or singing a song you love; or coloring with your kiddo. Have you ever noticed how good you feel when you’re having fun or filled with joy? It’s a natural mood AND energy booster! 😊

Whether it’s a health or weight goal, or a job promotion or a book you dream of sharing with the world, stop letting the person you have been in the past, talk you out of who you want to be NOW.

YOU are the only thing standing in your way. 👌🏻

Instead of obsessing over what everyone will think, all the ways you could fall flat or how you don’t know if you’ll succeed, take ONE step in the direction of your dream life. Every step forward, is a step that will help you create momentum & proof that you can do it. You only FAIL if you never TRY. Failing is still learning. And every failure will help you adjust your sails.⛵️
