se classes in all forms and genres throughout the Boston area. Susan's approach uses various exercise techniques that are uniquely tailored to each client's personal and physical needs. She is proficient in leading and demonstrating safe and effective weight training methods to build strength and endurance. In addition, she also uses yoga to encourage spirituality and relaxation and to develop flexibility within her exercise programs. Susan is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Personal Trainer and as a Group Exercise Instructor and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
