There’s no place like home.
This first month at has been nothing short of incredible.

We left Chestnut Hill & sold all of our furniture on Facebook marketplace… and haven’t looked back since.

luxury apartments come fully furnished. Love that we can work, tone & tan (on our epic rooftop) all from the comfort of our new home.

3 YEARS AGO…
We took this exact same photo at the exact same spot.

3 years ago we were quarantined in our parents basement , teaching virtual classes to family + friends on zoom. Our photoshoots consisted of us begging our little brother Chad to come go into the city with us and take our photos.

Flash forward to this photo we took yesterday …
3 years, 100+ community events, a fitness app, an partnership , a .boston launch, a Boston lead ambassador position, a sponsorship , a kick-ass growing community, & a brand new apartment at next to this exact graffiti wall later … we are feeling beyond grateful for the grind + endless support.

We are big believers in signs. This is your sign to stick with it. BIG things are coming 🤍

-Leah was a college basketball & lacrosse player / Shai was a dancer. All of our programming is a combo of sports training and some dance movements. Footwork / Agility / HIIT

- We’re actually 2 years a part! Most are shocked we’re not twins. 26 and 28. Can you guess who’s younger?🤔
