Why Do You Exercise❓
I exercise for the health benefits, the feeling of accomplishment afterwards, and the ability to be prepared for any activities I want to participate in like like flag football, bowling, or general movements of everyday life.
Everyone exercises for different reasons, maybe some to lose weight, gain muscle, maintain or become healthier, for their family, an event, the enjoyment of exercise, etc.
We all have different reasons to exercise, it’s important to understand your reason for working out, so you have something that helps you stay consistent, because consistency isn’t easy.
