Zumba is a latin-inspired and international dance fitness workout that mainly focuses on strengthening and toning your core. It is also a cardio workout that is so fun you don't even feel like your working out but, like you are at a dance party!!!

Mark your calendars, the Tinker Air Show is coming July 1-2, 2023! Headlining this year’s show are the U.S. Navy Blue Angels! Also scheduled to fly is the U.S Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team! But that’s not all, we’ll have dozens of military and civilian aerial performers in addition to a wide variety of ground display aircraft. The theme for this year’s show is “STEM Takes Flight,” highlighting the science, technology, engineering and mathematics that make human flight possible.
