One of our gym members at our gym, Joseph M. Wade started off at 265lbs on 2/27/2017 and lost 15lbs which he then weighed 250lbs on 3/13/2017. It is great to have members in our gym who apply them self to health related and fitness goals. 15lbs lost in this amount of time is a great accomplishment for anyone and we are glad to have you as a member of our gym!
