The wait is finally over!!

The Peach Lab is our front room designed to take your workouts deeper — physically & mentally. We’ll be having both lightly heated and non heated classes in this space, plus adding new yoga classes, Sculpt, Pilates, and Strength formats to the schedule.

We’re also excited to be welcoming new instructors into The Lab — bringing fresh energy, new classes, and more ways for our girls to grow, challenge yourselves, and stay consistent!
