I've added some package options to get you started on (or help you continue on) your fitness journey! Training sessions with me typically last between 30-45 minutes depending on your fitness level and your goals.

Prior to setting up days/times, we'll chat about your goals and your fitness/nutrition history. I'll create workouts based around your schedule and you'll have lifetime access to what we do together in your Google folder!

How consistent are you with your diet on the weekends? Leave a 👍🏻 or a 👎🏻 below to let me know!

I get the comment - “I gain weight over the weekends” a lot from people I chat with. The first thing I ask them is, what does your diet look like on the weekends compared to the weekdays?

Surprisingly, a 💡 goes off when they realize they let things slip once Friday at 5pm rolls around.

How you treat your nutrition on the weekends needs to be as consistent as it is during the work week in order to see lasting progress But what changes?

Random after work drinks 🍷
Going way over your macros 🥡🍕 🍰
Grabbing a handful of snacks 🍬
Lack of sleep 😴
Skipping your workouts 🏋🏼‍♀️
Lack of water 💧

Sound familiar? All of these seemingly small actions add up quickly and is the reason behind your “random weight gain” when Monday comes around.

Moral of the story: If your struggling to maintain weight through the weekends, spend some time being honest with yourself on how consistent you are with your health & fitness routine. Weight loss is NEVER liner, the ONLY way you’ll see progress is to be C O N S I S T E N T over time ✌🏻 ⏰

Good morning!

Since we can no longer be in groups to workout, I've recorded a full length workout for everyone to follow along with! It only requires 1 pair of dumbbells but if you don't have those you can use resistance bands or anything heavy you have around the house.
