The main goal we are targeting in this session in getting used to punching and moving while it may be simple but just view putting it into practice is a whole different beast, that makes this difficult is getting your upper and lower body to move as one while still maintaining a perfect balance boxing stance just like every in this sport it takes repetition to master this skill
