Who knew that posting a personal ad back in Y2K would lead to meeting someone that would propose nine months later.

Life surprises you in beautiful ways and love is ever evolving because it was never meant to stay the same. I think of it as a stream that leads to a beautiful waterfall and then the cycle continues but it’s up to us to make sure that the stream doesn’t run dry.

Just like the level of love you feel for your baby is not the same as you feel when they’re grown, so is the love that you feel for your partner.

To my husband who is forever my angel: thank you for always seeing the good in me. You are my rock ❤️

So I’ve been talking a lot about using AI more intentionally, and this carousel is part of a bigger conversation I started on my podcast.

It’s episode one of a five-part series called The Aligned AI Method on Get Intentional with Mary. This slide deck covers something most people don’t even realize is happening in their content.

There’s a term researchers started using in 2025 for the feeling your audience gets when something seems off about what you post. They call it AI stink. Nobody’s fact-checking you. They’re just scrolling past and you may not even know why.

Finally decided to take care of the shoulder because it wasn’t getting any better and it’s been hindering my movement and my workouts.

The first thing I asked the surgeon after I woke up was when could I start doing push-ups! But I’m doing really well, have plenty of help at home and the love from my Zumba family has been immeasurable. I am extremely grateful.

Hoping to be able to get back to my laptop in one more day to get a few things done but other than that, all is well. Thankfully, the injury to my shoulder wasn’t as bad as the doctor thought. All I needed was a collagen implant for my rotator cuff, bicep repair and to loosen up the frozen shoulder.

I’ll also start peptide therapy soon to help with the healing. It took a huge mindset shift for me to decide to get the surgery, but I also have to remember that I must practice what I preach and that is to always take care of yourself.
