Eric Moss is an author, world record holder, strongman/speaker and the owner of Eric Moss Fitness... a personal training studio which recently moved to Main Street in Boonton New Jersey. Eric has acquired numerous highly prestigious personal training certifications and was selected to teach at personal training certification workshops both nationally and internationally. His personal training sess
ions are done in a small group setting and are based upon the principals of highly effective training that he has learned, acquired and developed across the course of a near 20 year career training people ranging from teenagers to octogenarians, from super-athletic types to people with missing limbs and heavily damaged spines. The equipment he has selected contain a mix of conventional things like barbells and pull-up bars to unconventional things like kettlebells, sandbags and custom made equipment. The way it works, is you contact Eric by texting or calling him. From there he will schedule your first appointment where he will have you fill out a health history form, get a brief idea of your goals and analyze the way you move. From there he teaches you the exercises that will help you get to your goals. After that you get 3 sessions done in a group setting so you can get a feel for his style of coaching. After that the two of you will sit down 1 on 1 for the goal assessment interview where your goals will be reviewed in depth to see if the two of you are a good fit and you may get invited to become a full member.
