Eric Moss is an author, world record holder, strongman/speaker and the owner of Eric Moss Fitness... a personal training studio which recently moved to Main Street in Boonton New Jersey. Eric has acquired numerous highly prestigious personal training certifications and was selected to teach at personal training certification workshops both nationally and internationally. His personal training sess

ions are done in a small group setting and are based upon the principals of highly effective training that he has learned, acquired and developed across the course of a near 20 year career training people ranging from teenagers to octogenarians, from super-athletic types to people with missing limbs and heavily damaged spines. The equipment he has selected contain a mix of conventional things like barbells and pull-up bars to unconventional things like kettlebells, sandbags and custom made equipment. The way it works, is you contact Eric by texting or calling him. From there he will schedule your first appointment where he will have you fill out a health history form, get a brief idea of your goals and analyze the way you move. From there he teaches you the exercises that will help you get to your goals. After that you get 3 sessions done in a group setting so you can get a feel for his style of coaching. After that the two of you will sit down 1 on 1 for the goal assessment interview where your goals will be reviewed in depth to see if the two of you are a good fit and you may get invited to become a full member. Eric is looking for goal oriented, committed, supportive people with a good sense of humor and doesn't accept every person who comes his way. To activate your trial membership contact him direct.

Check out the 12 week transformation my personal training client did. 25lbs of muscle gained while decreasing his body fat from 15% to 8%. Bench went up 60%, did 3 chin ups for the first time in his life, doubled his squat, added 105lbs to his hexbar deadlift. Another Eric Moss Fitness success story. Check out what Tom achieved in just 12 weeks

Not only is he way leaner, but he’s also gotten massively stronger doing an easy 10 reps with his previous 1 reps max on the bench press, doubling his chin ups, and adding 50lbs to his squats. All that in 12 weeks time.
