Today we celebrate the power of self-love โ the kind that helps us honor our truth, trust our inner voice, and show up as our authentic selves. In yoga, this begins with svadhyaya, the practice of self-study. Svadhyaya invites us to listen inward with honesty and compassion, to notice what supports our growth, and to meet ourselves without judgment.
For LGBTQIA+ folks, nurturing your authentic self can be a deeply meaningful practice. It may look like choosing joy, protecting your peace, or making space for the parts of you that deserve to be seen and celebrated. This, too, is yoga: a return to truth, a devotion to wholeness, a practice of remembering who you are.
