Starting tomorrow July 1st, I (Candy Goff) will start teaching a group fitness class again at Elite again. If you are a member there isn’t an additional charge; it comes with any membership. If you are not a member, you will just need to text the number in the door and sign up. The first class is free. The 45 minute class is a combination of weights, dance fitness…as dancy as you want it or don’t want it to be…,mats, bands, good music, and other people who hate working out on their own. I just started back 3 weeks ago and I am still
Working on getting myself back in shape! I can modify for any fitness level. I have taught on and off for 12ish years. Classes this week will be Monday, Wednesday and Saturday @ 9 AM.
