Starting next Thursday, join us for Trivia Night hosted by Josh Taylor .k.a.zod! Gather your crew and get ready for 5 rounds of trivia with 10 questions per round. Whether you’re a trivia master or just in it for the fun, there will be plenty of chances to win BIG prizes🏆!

Kolbie is an alumni of Milligan University, where she played collegiate volleyball as a setter for several years before continuing her passion for the sport through coaching young athletes in all skill levels. She focuses on hard work, attention to minor details, and helping athletes build confidence both in their skills and in who they are as individuals. Her goal is to leave every athlete better after each session, with the confidence that can make all the difference on and off the court.

Kolbie currently works with athletes throughout East Tennessee and is now expanding her coaching services into the High Country area to help even more athletes grow their game and confidence. We are super excited to have her !

Hey 👋🏼 all! We’re excited to be throwing out two new Youth Leagues. We’ve got 3v3 basketball and 5v5 boys & girls flag football! See flyers for registration fee and age categories. ALL the sports (pickleball, soccer, basketball, batting cages, and volleyball), Hellbender Fitness OPEN gym access, the recovery barn (cold plunge/sauna, Restoration:massage and bodywork will be set up in there taking appointments as well). This membership also gets you FREE OpenPlay, discounts on clinics and leagues, and reservations up to 14 days in advance!! Court Reserve is now OPEN!
