Here’s a reminder of the rules and guidelines. Please let us know if there are any questions.
**RULES & GUIDELINES**
1. All the items will be posted on this page once an official auction date is set. The auction will start sometime in the morning around the 8 o’clock hour.
2. Each item description will tell what price the bid must start at and must increase by a minimum of $1 with the exception of a couple big items. The bigger items may need to be increased by $2. Items can be increased by any amount at or over the minimum.
3. Each item will have a list time of approx. 60 hours, at the end of 60 hours (ending time will be posted). If an item needs to be listed longer than 60 hours I will post this in the description. I will contact the winner of the bid to arrange pick up. If you are not local, and need something mailed to you, we are willing to do so within reason. I may not always be online to pull the winner at exact cut off time and I will not consider ANY of the bids that were placed after the cut off time. I will be using the Facebook time stamps to determine the winners. If two bidders bid at the EXACT same time, the one who commented FIRST will be the winner.
4. Bids ONLY will be allowed in the comments section for each item. Message me directly if you need to ask about an item. This will avoid confusion during the auction.
5. When contacted for arrangement for delivery, please make sure it is a time you can meet and have a check or exact change only for payment. The checks can be made to Project Dance Foundation. This year we will also offer VENMO and Square if you would like to pay with card.
6. All items have been started at a lower than retail value price to offer a value to bidders. Please be considerate of one another in the bidding process While bids are started low, I also ask that everyone remember and consider the reason behind this auction when you bid. Yes, it is for personal gain of an item, but in the end it is to come together as a community and help support The Carolina Snowbelles. There are 18 Snowbelles heading to New York City and we really want every child to benefit from this auction and not feel the financial burden this trip can cause.
7. Last but not least, be kind to one another. Let’s not leave rude comments or belittle one another during the bidding process. Any rude comments will be deleted.
Happy Bidding Everyone!!
