Strength Training, Conditioning, Run Club, Yoga, Youth Training, Strongman, Official HYROX Training Club. EVOLVE Strong Fitness offer group fitness classes in the Tehaleh community as well as a virtual programming options for those who do not live in the area or are looking for more flexibility.

Just me and my leaf blower with a few final things to let you know before your HYROX Simulation tomorrow.

📍 Location - Tehaleh Heights Elementary. You will find us under the Playshed and out back.

💧 Hydration - plan to pack your own hydration and fuel. We will have a designated drop spot for this that you can access throughout your race.

⏰ Arrive 30 minutes early - head straight to the main table to check in. Then head on over to the warm up zone. All participants will be in charge of their own warm ups.

🇺🇸 Your 1k will travel from the stations all the way to the flag pole out front of the school and back. The course is marked.

✔️ You must check in at the race table after EVERY run. This will ensure you move in order to the correct next station. But you can leave immediately from your completed station out on your next run - no need to check in at the race table upon completion of a station.

🌳 This is an outdoor event. Dress and pack accordingly. Lunges and burpees will happen on solid surfaces. 9/10 folks are happy with no additional gear. Some folks like knee sleeves or gloves 🧤 for a little extra skin protection.

🚽 There is a honey bucket out front of the school in the parking lot. If nature calls mid race, you can run the race course directly to the honey bucket and back and this will be a 1k distance 😉

⏱️ We will record your start and end time. But we suggest you also record your own time if you care to.

🍝 Eat and good dinner and hydrate well. We will see you tomorrow morning!

Our first heat will start at 8:00am, and our last heat will start around 10am.

Doubles

Teen Strength & Conditioning - Fall Session is now enrolling

📍 EVOLVE Gym in Tehaleh

Our Fall 1 session includes 16 training sessions. Week 1 and Week 2 will be Wednesday only due to summer break and Labor Day. Effective week 3 (9/14) we will resume our usual 2x/week.

Registration is limited to 10 athletes and we are half full. So get your sign ups in quick!

Last minute happy switch up… this week we are doing Puppy Yoga! 🧘 🐶

We will have 4 sweet Australian labradoodle puppies from Alissa Foothills Labradoodles Australian Labradoodle Puppies and Jess 🦋 leading our puppy practice. Space is very limited because we will do this in the Evolve Gym. So be sure to sign up ASAP.

Bring along a mat and some water. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering the practice space so we can keep the area sanitized and clean for the young pups.

There is still time to sign up for our HYROX Simulation on Saturday, 8/29, hosted at Tehaleh Heights Elementary School in Bonney Lake, WA.

Race options:
1️⃣ SINGLES - 8 x 1 km runs and 8 stations, tackled solo
2️⃣ DOUBLE - 8 x 1 km runs and 8 stations, partners run together and share the stations (does not need to be an even share)
3️⃣ STRONG - 8 stations, NO running. Sign up for singles and do it alone or doubles and split the work with a friend.
