Kaizen Shotokan Karate Club Dojo Permanently Closed! Kaizen Shotokan was a Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association-affiliated karate club located in Bonney Lake, WA.

Previously, we were a family-oriented dojo offering programs for youth through adult since 1989. Our name "Kaizen" means continuous improvement and pertains to all aspects of life. Kaizen Shotokan Karate is a non-profit school formed in 1989 by Sensei Matt. Our group is a branch of the Western Washington Shotokan Karate club (WWSKC) in Bellevue and is a member of the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Hello! Just a reminder that the Steve Armstrong Memorial Kata Tournament & Seminars is this coming Saturday, Feb.15 @ Lakeridge Middle School, in Bonney Lake. Online Pre-registration is highly encouraged (to avoid the long Registration line on Saturday!). Attached below is a guide on how to Pre-Register. Also, here's another link to the Tournament page.
