Kindness is the name of the game here. 🖤

You never really know what someone is carrying when they show up.

Maybe they’re grieving someone they lost.
Maybe they just got torn apart in a meeting by their boss.
Maybe they’re in the middle of a fight with their spouse.
Maybe parenting feels heavier than usual right now.
Maybe they cried themselves to sleep last night and still showed up today.

Like being able to get down on the floor and back up without thinking about it.

A lot of people think getting stronger is just about gym workouts… but it shows up everywhere in life. 🖤

It’s getting up off the floor without using your hands like it’s a full strategy.
It’s carrying groceries in one trip because you *can*, not because you have to.
It’s climbing stairs without feeling like you need a recovery plan after. 😄
It’s having the energy left over to actually enjoy your day instead of just getting through it.

🌿 If you have one minute, lean back slightly in your chair and rotate back and forth for 20 reps. Repeat as many times as you can.

🌿 If you have five minutes, sit down and stand up. When you get tired, turn around and do push-ups on the chair. When you get tired, go back to squats.

🌿 If you have ten minutes, pick four exercises and rotate through them: 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds.

🌿 If you have fifteen minutes, get on the floor and stand up. Do deep walking lunges for 10 steps. Get on the floor and stand up again, then walk back. The next round, do 5 jumping jacks between the lunges, then 6, then 7...

🌿 If you have twenty minutes, go outside and run from one light pole to the next as fast as possible. Walk back. Then go again.

🌿 If you have thirty minutes, go outside. Walk for ten. Do the 10-minute workout above. Walk back.

🌿 If you have an hour, come to the gym with me.

Your schedule will never be perfect. Do what you can in the time you have 💪
