Well… rumor has it BB’z Bikes & Stuff didn’t disappear — we just traded winter hibernation for construction dust, coffee-fueled remodeling projects, and approximately 47 trips to the hardware store a week. 😂
Since closing our old shop back in January, we’ve been hard at work building out a new space north of town near the Robinson Lake / Good Grief area here in Bonners Ferry. And yes… the “& Stuff” part of BB’z Bikes & Stuff is finally about to become very real.
We’ll still be offering bike repairs, used bikes, random bike wisdom, and the occasional lecture about why your chain sounds like a coffee grinder… BUT we’re expanding into a lot more than just bikes this time around.
More projects. More inventory. More local flavor. More “Wait… they sell THAT now?” kind of stuff.
Truthfully, this move has taken longer, cost more, and involved way more drywall dust than we expected — but we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who’s checked in, supported us, bought bikes, spread the word, or simply asked when we’re reopening. Small towns survive because good people keep showing up for each other, and we don’t take that lightly.
Bonners Ferry has been good to us, and we’re excited to build something even better for the community this next round.
Stay tuned… BB’z Bikes & Stuff is coming back bigger, weirder, and with significantly more “stuff.” 🚲🛠️🔥

Big changes are rolling through 🚲💛
To our amazing customers and the wonderful Bonners Ferry community — thank you for supporting BB'z Bikes through every ride, repair, and trail adventure. Because of you, we’re excited to keep the wheels turning… just in a slightly new way!
BB'z Bikes has moved!
While we won’t have a traditional storefront anymore, we are still here for all your bicycle repairs and bike sales — just by appointment only. This change lets us give each customer more personal attention and keep doing what we love most: helping you get back out riding safely and happily.
To make things even easier, we’re also offering bike repair pick-up and drop-off services for our local riders. No need to load up your bike — we can help with that!
Whether your bike needs a quick tune-up, a full overhaul, or you’re looking for your next set of wheels, BB'z Bikes is still your local bike shop — just with a more flexible approach.

COMMUNITY CALLING: Sadly an elderly customer of ours & her husband got into a car accident recently on the 95 near El Mira and her walker that we had just put all brand new bearings in the front wheels last month was broke in the car accident. She uses this walker tremendously especially offroad around their property and will be out of hospital soon.
❤️I’m just wondering if anyone here in the Bonners Ferry Community would have a nice all terrain 4 wheel walker laying around for this amazing community member?

The internet loves to say:
“Back in the 90s, kids rode bikes… now they just stare at screens.”
But look a little closer 👀
Turns out kids still love bikes.
They just also love Wi-Fi.
Every generation plays differently, but joy? That part hasn’t changed.
At BB’z Bikes & Stuff, we see it every day—kids laughing, wobbling, racing their friends, learning balance, confidence, and freedom… sometimes right after putting the phone back in their pocket 😉
The world changes. Childhood adapts.
Bikes still bring people outside.

After a whole lot of thought (and more than a few happy tears), we’re sharing some big news: BB’z Bikes & Stuff is officially up for sale!
What started as a simple dream turned into so much more than a business. This little shop in downtown Bonners Ferry became a gathering place—full of stories, laughter, greasy hands, trail talk, and the best kind of community you could ever ask for. We’ve watched kids catch the bicycle bug, welcomed visitors passing through, and met neighbors who turned into good friends.
This town has supported us in ways we’ll never be able to fully put into words. You showed up, you shopped local, you cheered us on, and you made BB’z feel like home every single day.
For that, we are endlessly grateful. ❤️
While this chapter is coming to a close for us, our hope is that BB’z Bikes & Stuff continues to be a bright spot downtown—serving this amazing community for years to come. This place has a lot of heart, and we know the right next owner will feel it the moment they walk through the door.
From the bottom of our hearts: thank you, Bonners Ferry. Thank you for believing in us, supporting a small-town business, and being part of our story. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just turning the page. 💫
