Chris Marciniak is one of America's most experienced and respected camp directors. With more than 20 years as camp director, Coach Marciniak has helped develop the talent of over 40,000 players from 24 different states as well as participants from England, Japan and Canada. As a high school coach, licensed official and player, coach Marciniak provides expert skill instruction, a better understanding of the rules, and important explanations regarding basketball terminology. Shooting Stars Camp policy has always been to enforce an equal playing time rule for all participants. Furthermore, advanced players within an age group are kept together so they can benefit from strong competition. Meanwhile, those with less experience in that same division will play together and benefit by gaining confidence as their game develops and their self-esteem improves.
