I just finished and posted the 2nd Episode of the 1st Season (Total 2 Episodes!) of CHRISTIAN SAMURAI Podcast Episode called "CROOKED LINES MADE STRAIGHT.” In this episode, we look throughout Biblical History and see stories of flawed heroes who made bad choices and as a result, went off God's Plan. "Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked shall be made straight." Isaiah 40:4. God guides his creation to his desired end (eventually through dramas of evil and human sin). In our martial art training, we talked about straight palm strikes and straight side kicks with pew squats (in Shiro Drills) for strong stances for kicks. Discipline and training helps a student to focus their movement, center their target areas, and make consistent their motivation. Being a follower of Jesus in a secular world is not easy and staying true to our faith takes effort. While meditating on the scripture using Lectio Divina can help us to understanding and connect the lines, thus helping God make the lines straight again.

I just finished and posted the 1st Episode of the 1st Season (Total 1 Episodes!) of CHRISTIAN SAMURAI Podcast called "THIS IS THE WAY.” Welcome to our Christian Samurai Podcast! Our First Episode is talking about how early Christians simply referred to themselves as "The Way." Used later in TV Shows like Stars Wars, The Mandalorian, early pagans coined the Term "Christian" that we use today. In our Martial Art Training, we focus on moving and using your body as a Temple to escape emergencies, be active, be healthy, and push away our foes. In our Spiritual Faith Training, we start simple with just having a conversation with God alone in your room, start reading or listening to scripture (Hallow App), and use the Our Father as a beginning to your Prayer Life.

I just finished and posted the 8th Episode of the 6th Season (Total 108 Episodes!) of KARATE KID MASTER DOJO Podcast called "MARTIAL SCIENCE.” In this episode, we examine the science behind the physical movement used in martial arts by guiding us through the principles used for all sports. These principles aid us in understanding how to develop acceleration and power in your martial art techniques. In our martial art practice, there are certain drills that help in developing these aspects of each technique. Then using our mental training to intense focus on every component and put it all together to make a relaxed and cohesive movement that is both effective and safe for training regularly.

We describe how balanced Video Game play helps in a lot of ways to your martial art training, however, as long as reality and delusions are in check. The colorful and systematic way that Video Games are presented help to shape creative projects, perception visuals of techniques, and help set goals as long as the martial art training is maintained and the work needed is done. Remember that "Life is too short to be a background character!"

I just finished and posted the 6th Episode of the 6th Season (Total 106 Episodes!) of KARATE KID MASTER DOJO Podcast called "CHRISTMAS PEACE.” In this Special Episode, we examine Christmas Peace in our World and the work task to understand how we need to work for peace, work in peace, use music, avoid chaos and our phone, use 'to do" lists and music to help. By taking the time for peace, praying and protecting our peace, we can achieve a better world around you. Using systematic basics sets, relaxing patterns and katas, with big body weight movements, and Christmas Music and Lights Glow, we can keep moving this Holiday Season. Turn your peace into action around you, avoiding gossip and drama, start focusing beyond yourself, and doing good works for others, maybe "Everyday can be like Christmas." - just like Elvis Presley says in his song that we played. "Glory to God in the Highest, and on Earth Peace, good will towards Men." (Luke 2:14) and in the A Charlie Brown Christmas.

We also listen to a Song from George Strait called "O Christmas Tree," to get into the Spirit. In our Martial Art Practice we talk about Holiday Stretching, Stair Training, and Circular Technique Training. In our Mental Training for Martial Arts and the Holiday, we talk about the Book, "The Giving Tree," and about helping others including Adopting a Family in Need or giving to Homeless and Outreach Centers during the time of Advent and Christmas. "We are Living because of our Giving!" Remember that is not OUR Stuff and Treasures, it is ALL God's....We are just choosing to Re-Allocate God's Treasures to others... I just finished and posted the 4th Episode of the 6th Season (Total 104 Episodes!) of KARATE KID MASTER DOJO Podcast called "THANKSGIVING.” In this episode, we examine what we are thankful for and being thankful for what you have, instead of always looking for newest thing, or buying the newest thing. Maybe trying to reuse something like a desk or a chair, or refinishing an object by sanding, staining or painting. Some of the Billionaire's around us show some examples of how they still use some of the same objects that they had when they started. Having gratitude in everything and everyone that you have in your life helps you to think of other people rather than just yourself. We return to basics in our martial art training by focusing on using our whole body in our movements and techniques. Doing slow patterns and katas also help to create a strong basis. I just finished and posted the 3rd Episode of the 6th Season (Total 103 Episodes!) of KARATE KID MASTER DOJO Podcast called "BUILDING ARTS.” In this episode, we look at the Building Arts or the construction methods and finishing of projects like houses, business buildings, or re-modeling. In our work task, we talk about taking a project from conception (blueprinting) to final finishing with sanding and paint, there are necessary steps to prepping and planning for a project and managing your workspace. Then in our Martial Art Practice, how to recover from doing a construction project including stretching, rest, the "Stretching Walk" and recovering from hard work.
